Digital-age strategies for making depression work for rather than against us by means of art & community as behavior modification.

Depression?

First of all: Thanks to the admin of this blog for inviting me. I don't know what this will be like, but I decided after just a few minutes of considering this to join. To join this blog and to share my perspectives with the others here.

I don't know if my profile will show up here, what it will say, or so. I will figure that out later. Explicitly, however, I will just say this: I am at the end of my 20s, I am male, and I am an European. Some of you might know me, some of you may not. My identity is not the main issue here, though.

I have suffered from a major depression since, more or less, my father died of cancer in 2003. I am still processing all that. I will read more of the entries on this blog and hopefully write something more meaningful soon :)

thanks for inviting me.
