Behavior Modification :: Reward

You are what you consume.

And that includes music and motion pictures as well as food.

A simple plan: consume more of that which you wish to become.

Take stock of what you've been consuming to know what you've unconsciously decided to become.

That which you consume is that upon which you meditate.

Just a thought.
